Forehand Arms. Forehand Arms was founded in 1871, and is an established manufacturer of Revolvers. Forehand’s sons, Frederick and Charles E. Ran Forehand Arms Co. Until 1902, when it was sold to a competitor, Hopkins & Allen — no relation to Ethan Allen. By then, the products of the Forehand Arms Co. Had become unremarkable little break-action revolvers.
