With the software, the user is able to submit electronically forms to government-run websites, generally those with the .gov extension on their domain names.
The software is designed to be compatible with Windows operating systems, from Windows 98 to ME, up to Windows 2000, XP and higher. Other requirements include at least 500 MHz processor, 128 MB RAM, 40 MB disk space, and a Web browser ( Internet Explorer 5.01 and up). It can be installed on a desktop computer or laptop. The software is distributed as freeware, and can be downloaded from the Internet.
