It is highly recommended to review the “Grille Requirements” before purchasing a bracket. If unsure about vehicle and bracket compatibility please contact us to inquire or verify. After an order is placed we will make a thorough research to verify that the grille and bracket are compatible based on the vehicle information provided when placing the order.
If the license plate bracket you ordered does NOT mount we will provide a return shipping label to ship back the bracket (U.S. only). The cost of the bracket and the original shipping after the bracket is returned will be fully refunded. A photo or video is REQUIRED to prove that the bracket could NOT be mounted is REQUIRED.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING OR REFUND ANY SHIPPING COSTS DUE TO THESE FEATURES THAT MAY HAVE PREVENTED A SUCCESSFUL FITMENT:
1. DRIVE SENSORS:
Make sure the mounting location of the bracket will NOT interfere with any driving or parking sensors. We will NOT refund for shipping costs due to drive sensor interference.
For other countries it is very important to double check the Grille Requirements and Current Successful Fitments List. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. Additional communications may be required to ensure total compatibility prior to shipping.
2. COOLING SYSTEM:
Please consult with your vehicle manufacturer if having a license plate in-front of your lower grille would interfere with your specific vehicle’s cooling system.
3. ACTIVE SHUTTERS:
Some vehicles are equipped with ACTIVE SHUTTERS that might minimize the space needed behind the lower grille. For horizontal slat grilles please make sure there is at least 4 1/2 inches of space from the front edge of the slat to the ACTIVE SHUTTERS. Serial numbers microsoft.
4. AFTER MARKET GRILLES:
After market grilles would not have the same dimensions as stock grilles. When orders are placed we research the vehicle’s grille based on stock grilles. It is highly recommended to disclose this information if the grille is an after market.

If the bracket fits but just needs to be returned for any reason other than defect (no damage), the item can be shipped back at buyer’s cost within 14 days and be refunded just for the price of the bracket. Shipping and Handling Fees are not refunded.
